Hot-Feed Extruder Structure
The hot-feed extruder consists of a body, head, reducer, and motor. The screw and bushing are manufactured from high-quality 38CrMoala nitrided steel, providing exceptional wear resistance. The screw features double threads with equal depth but unequal, converging pitch. The body is constructed from cast steel and utilizes 9039 series main bearings, significantly enhancing load-bearing capacity and service life.

Butyl Rubber Extruder Design Features
Butyl rubber extruders are specifically engineered for the unique characteristics of butyl rubber, which is both soft and highly viscous. Traditional forced feeders often cause erratic rubber movement that can damage rotating bearings. Our solution is a dual-arm conjugate feeder rubber extruder that accommodates block-shaped rubber feeding. After entering the extruder barrel, the butyl rubber is sheared and compressed by the screw before extrusion at the die.
The screw design accounts for the soft nature of butyl rubber with a specific thread compression ratio. Butyl rubber extruders typically employ a pin-type rubber barrel to increase extrusion pressure. The screw is divided into three functional sections: conveying, compression, and metering. Temperature control is precisely managed through three temperature sections in the barrel, with water jackets on both barrel and screw ensuring accurate and uniform rubber temperature during operation.

When selecting a butyl rubber inner tube hot-feed extruder, it is recommended to prioritize models with Φ150 or Φ120 gauges, equipped with a forced feeding device and a multi-stage temperature control system. During production, strictly controlling the hot refining temperature (low temperature) and the filtering temperature (below 135℃) is crucial for ensuring the inner tube's airtightness and yield.
